NETS PAT was born out of a simple problem: PAT testing equipment management was stuck in the spreadsheet era. As a theatre supply and production company, we were testing thousands of items every year — and the paperwork was overwhelming.
We built NETS PAT to solve our own problem. The goal was simple: scan a barcode, enter the readings, generate the certificate. No double-entry, no lost paperwork, no chasing retest dates.
What started as an internal tool quickly proved its value. Other production companies, venues, and hire desks asked if they could use it too. So we turned it into a full platform — and made it available to anyone who needs professional PAT testing software.
Today, NETS PAT is used by theatres, production companies, AV hire businesses, and independent PAT testing contractors across the UK. It's built and supported by a team that understands the industry because we're part of it.
